CEO and Founder
Tibor Kelemen is the founder and CEO of the Kelemen Company, with over a million square feet of commercial real estate under management. Mr. Kelemen immigrated to the United States from Romania at the age of 18 with less than $100 to his name and from humble beginnings made a successful career in real estate management and development. In 2002, he became employed with Bacchus Development at an entry level position, but through hard work and focus became Director of Sales. At Bacchus, Tibor oversaw the successful development and sale of 1.5 million square feet of office space through 5 different projects located in Southern California.
In 2014, Mr. Kelemen founded Kelemen Camano Investments (“KCI”), a Southern California based company that specializes in “value add” real estate. Under Mr. Kelemen’s leadership, KCI grew to $250 million assets under management over a span of three years.
Through Mr. Kelemen’s hands-on and leadership experience in real estate acquisition, development, construction, and dispositions, he has built trusted relationships with investors by often times exceeding investor expectations in finding and developing investment properties across the United States.
As Controller, Eric Grimes heads the accounting department, utilizing his 10 years of diversified experience in business accounting and finance to oversee the company’s financial operations and growth strategies in investment and property management.
Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Mr Grimes was an Accounting Manager for Heger Industrial. Prior to his work at Heger, he was Assistant Controller at Redwood Real Estate, where he played an integral role in many of the company’s significant transactions. Mr. Grimes has also held positions as Property Accountant at Grubb & Ellis, a real estate advisory firm, and as an Accountant at CBRE. He is also a veteran of the United States Army, having served as a Supply Specialist.

As Property Manager, Jennifer Lovelace utilizes her nearly 20 years of experiencing managing residential and commercial real estate to oversee a portfolio of over 800,000 square feet of office space. With a focus on client relations and property operations, Ms. Lovelace guides her dedicated team in the successful daily management of this portfolio, helping strategize both short- and long-range organizational goals for the company.
Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Ms Lovelace spent 4 years at Sunny Hills Management with a commercial portfolio consisting of 16 buildings totaling over 530,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail spaces, and over 500 tenants. During this period, she successfully oversaw the completion of various renovation projects, including a 40,000 square foot retail enhancement project. Prior to Sunny Hills Management, she held positions at Rampart and The Greens, managing a portfolio of 1 million+ square feet of retail shopping plazas, outdoor malls, freestanding office buildings, and industrial sites. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
