2018 Headline Makers

The Kelemen Company is honored to be mentioned in the Orange County Business Journal’s March 11, 2019 issue as one of their 2018 CRE Headline Makers. We are indeed hard at work improving the Atrium’s tenant amenity spaces, the most notable of which are our new redesigned lobby and our state-of-the-art basement gym.

We are working with SAA and SPF Architects on the renovations for our gym and lobby. The lobby will have four canopied structures, soothing water features, and lounge furniture to create a room-within-a-room feel. There will also be a coffee and juice bar for the enjoyment of the tenants.
