Tibor Kelemen

CEO and Founder

Tibor Kelemen is the founder and CEO of The Kelemen Company. Tibor immigrated to the United States from Romania at the age of 18 with less than $100 to his name. In 2002, he held an entry-level position at Bacchus Development, where he later became the Director of Sales. Tibor later founded Wind Water Realty, Inc. where he led a successful team that specialized in brokerage, property management, and investments. In 2014, Tibor founded Kelemen Camano Investments (“KCI”), a Southern California based company specializing in “value add” real estate, which grew to $250 million assets under management over a span of three years. Tibor’s leadership experience in real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and dispositions is invaluable to the success of the Kelemen Company. Fun fact- Tibor is an avid runner and mountaineer. One of his goals is to climb the Seven Summits!

Matthew Biggs

Vice President

Matt Biggs oversees business development and account management of third party assets at the Kelemen Company. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Matt spent 5 years as a commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield. While working as a broker Matt focused on industrial and office leasing, investment sales and tenant representation. He is a member of the NAIOP and ULI Southern California Chapters.

Robert Savosh

VP of Asset Management

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in both finance and accounting from California State University, Fullerton, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Robert started his career in audit with Ernst & Young, LLP before focusing on real estate at KBS Realty Advisors. He is a licensed CPA with the state of California. Robert enjoys being a dog dad of two, working out, and traveling the world.

Cindy Chin

Director of Business Development for the Asian Market

With an MBA from the historic Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Cindy has honed her skills as a seasoned Real Estate Broker and holds licenses as a Series-7, Series-66 Security Broker, and Insurance Agent. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her studies at New York University (NYU) Stern School of Business, University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business, and completion of an Executive MBA Program at Harvard Business School (HBS).

Beyond her professional achievements, Cindy is an avid golfer, ballroom dancer, and classical music enthusiast. She actively contributes to various organizations, including being a Board Member of All Green Golf Association and Valleno Golf Association.

Andree Ngo

Controller

As Controller, Andree heads the accounting department, utilizing her 25 years of diversified experience in business accounting and finance to oversee the company’s financial operations and growth strategies in investment and property management. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Andree was a Controller for KBS Realty Advisors. Andree was also a Controller at CBRE, spending almost 10 years at the company where she played an integral role in many of the company’s significant transactions.

Melissa Colli

Senior Property Manager

As Senior Property Manager, Melissa Colli utilizes her 20+ years of experiencing managing commercial real estate to oversee Kelemen Company’s 800,000+ square feet of office, mix-use, and retail projects. With a focus on Property Management and Budget Analysis, Melissa guides her dedicated team in the successful daily management of portfolios, helping strategize both short- and long-range organizational goals for the company. 

Prior to joining The Kelemen Company, she held key positions at Westridge Commercial, TRC Retail, Shea Properties and St. Joseph Health Mission Hospital, where she successfully managed large commercial portfolios. Known for her strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges, Melissa is poised to make a significant impact as a leader in The Kelemen Company.

She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. 

Frankie Hurst

Assistant Property Manager

Born and raised in Southern California and a “outdoorsy” person at heart, Frankie loves the outdoor whether it’s surfing or hiking the Orange County trails. His passion for outdoor sports and water is exceeded only by his love for meeting new people and daily problem solving.

With a few years of property management experience under his belt, Frankie has a knack for tenants and vendor alike to feel at ease. Not only does he maintain the portfolio on a daily basis, he knows the ins and outs of a building. If you’re ever stuck in a building, you know who to call.

Francisco Salceda

Property Accountant

Raised in the Bay Area, Francisco’s love of Southern California weather brought him to California State University, Fullerton, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Prior to joining The Kelemen Company, Francisco spent three years at Celtic Commercial Finance. He enjoys spending time at the beach and going to music festivals.

Tam Doan

Operations Manager

Tam Doan oversees the operations at the Kelemen Company. Her work includes recruiting talent, setting training standards, and managing hiring procedures. With over 15 years of creative marketing experience, Tam is instrumental to the management and marketing teams at the Kelemen Company. She enhances organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Connie Nguyen

Tenant services Coordinator

As a Tenant Services Coordinator, Connie Nguyen is the Swiss Army knife of our property management team – versatile, adaptable, and ready to tackle various responsibilities. Before coming on board with the Kelemen Company, Connie worked at UCI student government as Student Services Vice President. She was a Student Leader to the UCI undergraduate student body by promoting advocacy, as well as producing large scale student services events. Connie Nguyen is a recent graduate at the University of California, Irvine.

Jose Jimenez

Engineer

As an engineer at the Kelemen Company, Jose Jimenez is responsible for ensuring all systems in the buildings are up and optimal. He responds to the daily maintenance calls providing top-notch service to all tenants. Alongside our chief engineer, Jose monitors the HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and the operating systems of the building we call home, the Atrium. He holds the following certifications: HVAC- EPA Certified, Johnson Control EMS Metasys- Metasys HVAC Engineering Certification, CPR/ First Aid Certified and OSHA 10 Hour Training Certification.
