Tibor Kelemen | CEO and Founder

Tibor Kelemen is the founder and CEO of The Kelemen Company. Tibor immigrated to the United States from Romania at the age of 18 with less than $100 to his name. In 2002, he held an entry-level position at Bacchus Development, where he later became the Director of Sales. Tibor later founded Wind Water Realty, Inc. where he led a successful team that specialized in brokerage, property management, and investments. In 2014, Tibor founded Kelemen Camano Investments (“KCI”), a Southern California based company specializing in “value add” real estate, which grew to $250 million assets under management over a span of three years. Tibor’s leadership experience in real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and dispositions is invaluable to the success of the Kelemen Company. Fun fact- Tibor is an avid runner and mountaineer. One of his goals is to climb the Seven Summits!


Eric Grimes | Controller

Eric Grimes heads the accounting department at the Kelemen Company. He harnesses 10 years of diversified experience in business accounting and finance to oversee the company’s financial operations and growth strategies in investment and property management. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Eric worked as an accounting manager for Heger Industrial and assistant controller at Redwood Real Estate. Eric is a veteran of the United States Army where he served as a supply specialist. Fun fact- Eric is an avid weightlifter!


Torry Lozano | Director of Construction

Torry Lozano oversees all construction and development activities for the Kelemen Company. Torry is an award-winning real estate and construction industry professional. He has managed a diverse assortment of major high-density and complex real estate projects in fertile and declining markets alike. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Torry worked at Torano Development and Bacchus Development, where he orchestrated several highly-successful master-planned community office parks for small businesses in Irvine. With a star-studded client list and a keen eye for perfection, Torry brings years of experience with high-end property construction and development to the table.


Tam Doan |

Director of Operations & Marketing

Tam Doan oversees the HR department at the Kelemen Company. Her work includes recruiting talent, setting training standards, and managing hiring procedures. With over 15 years of creative marketing experience, Tam is instrumental to the management and marketing teams at the Kelemen Company. She enhances organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.


Jennifer Lovelace | Property Manager

Jennifer Lovelace utilizes her nearly 20 years of experience managing residential and commercial real estate to oversee the Kelemen Company’s portfolio of over 800,000 square feet. With a focus on client relations and property operations, Jennifer guides her dedicated team in the successful daily management of the company’s portfolio, helping strategize both short- and long-range organizational goals. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Jennifer spent 4 years at Sunny Hills Management with a commercial portfolio totaling over 530,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail spaces. She also held positions at Rampart and The Greens, managing a portfolio of 1 million+ square feet of retail shopping plazas, outdoor malls, freestanding office buildings, and industrial sites. Fun fact- Jennifer loves camping!


Matthew Biggs | Account Manager

Matt Biggs oversees business development and account management of third party assets at the Kelemen Company. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Matt spent 5 years as a commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield. While working as a broker Matt focused on industrial and office leasing, investment sales and tenant representation. He is a member of the NAIOP and ULI Southern California Chapters. Fun fact- Matt enjoys running, surfing, and volunteering!


Jimmy Bush | Assistant Property Manager

Jimmy Bush is an assistant property manager at the Kelemen Company. With 6 years of experience, Jimmy has a knack for working with tenants and vendors alike. His tasks include maintaining the day to day operations of the company’s portfolio. Fun fact- Jimmy is a “foodie” at heart and passionate about traveling. His passion for traveling and food is exceeded only by his love for meeting new people and daily problem-solving!


Steven Sanchez | Chief Engineer

Steven Sanchez is the Chief Engineer at the Kelemen Company. He is responsible for ensuring that the atrium, the building we call home, is operating optimally. Steven monitors the HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and the operating systems of the building. He makes sure it is well-lit, comfortable, and running smoothly while also maintaining the beauty and functionality of all common areas. Steven holds the following certifications: HVAC- EPA Certified, Johnson Control EMS Metasys- Metasys HVAC Engineering Certification, CPR/ First Aid Certified and OSHA 10 Hour Training Certification. Fun fact- Steven enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors!


Jose Jimenez | Engineer

As an engineer at the Kelemen Company, Jose Jimenez is responsible for ensuring all systems in the buildings are up and optimal. He responds to the daily maintenance calls providing top-notch service to all tenants. Alongside our chief engineer, Jose monitors the HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and the operating systems of the building we call home, the Atrium. He holds the following certifications: HVAC- EPA Certified, Johnson Control EMS Metasys- Metasys HVAC Engineering Certification, CPR/ First Aid Certified and OSHA 10 Hour Training Certification.


Lynn Huang | Senior Property Accountant

As senior property accountant at the Kelemen Company, Lynn Huang brings over 10 years of experience in property accounting. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, she was a staff accountant at CBRE. Lynn also worked at Grubb & Ellis as a property accountant where she was assigned the Health Care REIT team. She has also held a position as a property accountant at Redwood Real Estate where she was responsible for the daily accounting. Fun fact- Lynn is a Band mother to her two kids and team mom for her kids’ swim team!


Briana Bui | Marketing Manager

As marketing manager at the Kelemen Company, Briana Bui oversees all marketing activities. She is responsible for the brand voice and creates all content on social platforms from Facebook and Instagram to Yelp and informational blogs. Briana majored in Advertising and Corporate Communications at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Her motivation for success roots from the belief that advertising and digital marketing can change the livelihood of communities and the people within them. Fun fact- Briana moved to sunny Southern California from her hometown in Northern Virginia in 2018!
