In 2025, the project achieved more than 43,000 square feet of total leasing activity, reflecting continued demand and tenant confidence in this landmark building.
Of the total, 12,000 square feet was attributable to new leasing, including The Atrium’s first medical tenant, marking an exciting diversification in the property’s tenant mix. The remaining 31,000 square feet consisted of renewals, which included two of the project’s largest tenants, underscoring their long-term commitment to the property.
