Our hearts go out to those who were impacted by the California Wildfires this past weekend, especially the Woolsey Fire in Malibu.

After months of hard work and dedication and so, so many emails, we’ve finally done it. We’ve acquired a coveted 38.47 acres of Malibu coastline.

Our most recent acquisition of the Atrium, a 302,877 sqft trophy office building in Irvine, made the Orange County Register as well as the front page of the Orange County Business Journal.

The Atrium, a trophy 10-story office building near John Wayne Airport in Irvine, has become our newest and biggest project yet. We recently closed a $106m deal on it, but acquiring the building is just the beginning. Here's 5 exciting new amenities we plan to add to the Atrium in the coming year.
